Caring Universities offers 9 free online programs: mood, stress, procrastination, get a grip on your life, sleep, general life skills, self-esteem, social life and perfectionism. You can do them anonymously and you even get text-based guidance from an online coach.
Online e-health programmes are scientifically proven to be effective.
This online questionnaire lets you reflect on how you’re really doing. At the end, you get detailed feedback on your scores in several domains such as mood or stress, as well as personalised advice and tips for free tools that might be useful to you.
Thanks to your (anonymous) input, your university also gets a better picture of how students are doing. This informs Caring Universities on which new tools to develop.

Caring Universities is an initiative aimed at improving students’ mental health. The Mind-Health Check gives insight into the problems students face, so relevant e-health interventions can be developed and offered for free.
Scientific research
One core pillar of the Caring Universities project is its scientific basis. We publish the results of our yearly survey on student wellbeing, and also research and publish articles on our e-health programmes. A list of publications can be found on the Publications page.
